50ml Come Hell or High Water XO Rum
1brsp Amarena Juice
10ml Cherry Liqueur
2 dashes Chocolate Bitters
Stir all ingredients together with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist and an Amarena cherry.

50ml Come Hell or High Water Reserva Rum
25ml Fresh lime juice
5ml Cinnamon Syrup
Ginger Beer
3 dashes Angostura Bitters
Build the drink over plenty of ice in a Highball, stir gently and garnish with a cinnamon stick and lime peel.

20ml Fresh lime juice
5ml Orgeat Syrup
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain and garnish with a lime twist.

10ml Campari
10ml Amer Picon
10ml Kahlúa
Stir all ingredients together with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an orange twist.

50ml Come Hell or High Water XO Rum
20ml Cocchi Storico
2 dashes Toasted Almond Bitters
Stir all ingredients together with ice and double strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an Amarena cherry.
THE SPICE OF LIFE
40ml Come Hell or High Water Spiced Rum
20ml Pear Cordial
20ml Fresh Lime Juice
Shake all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Double strain and garnish with a dried pear slice.
THE BEAST
50ml Come Hell or High Water Reserva Honey & Orange
10ml lemon juice
15ml orgeat syrup
5ml grenadine
2 dashes Tabasco
3 dashes Cherry Bitters
2 dashes chocolate bitters
Add loads of ice in a shaker. Shake all ingredients. Add a hint of soda water. Grind some black pepper on top.

10ml Averna
10ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
Ristretto
Tonic Water
Build the drink over plenty of ice in a Collins glass, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.
GUTS & GLORY
30ml Come Hell or High Water XO Rum
10ml Frangelico
5ml Sherry PX
10ml Strawberry Shrub
Stir all ingredients together with ice. Strain over a large ice cube. Garnish with toasted almond rim.
GRIN & BEAR IT
60ml Come Hell or High Water Reserva Rum
30ml Fresh lemon juice
20ml Sugar syrup
Egg white
2 dashes of Angostura bitters
Stir all ingredients together with ice and double strain into an ice-filled tumbler. Grind some pepper on top of the foam.
TSUNAMI
30ml Come Hell or High Water Reserva Rum
20ml Hell or High Water Spiced Rum
20ml Pineapple puree
20ml Fresh lemon juice
Ginger beer/ale top up
In a cocktail shaker, combine all but ginger beer and shake well with ice. Strain over ice and top up with ginger beer. Garnish with a pineapple leaf.
THE FLAME
60ml Come Hell or High Water Reserva Honey & Orange 10ml simple syrup
3 dashes Angostura/Old Fashioned bitters
2 dashes grapefruit bitters
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with loads of ice. Stir thoroughly and pour into a chilled glass with a couple of big ice blocks & garnish with orange peel.
